Prior to starting
Naddy Enterprise Inc. Mr. Palanappan (Paul) Nadason held positions
of great management responsibilities. He held the position
of Chief Accountant at the Delta Chelsea Inn in downtown Toronto
for over ten (10) years and at the Regal Constellation Hotel,
he held the position of Rooms Division Manager. Having had
such varied responsibilities throughout the years, Mr. Nadason
strongly believes that meeting client expectations is good
but exceeding them is our prime and most important goal and
objective.
Mr. Nadason maintains
that Growth and Expansion are secondary to quality
of service and reputation. Consequently, the Company's long
range goal is to continually improve service, to train its
staff and to build a reputation with its customers by providing
a superior service compared to any competitor in the area.
This concept has
resulted in strong growth in the company and in solidifying
relationships with our present corporate accounts.

APPRECIATION
There are four
(4) important services the company provides to its clients.
They add a special touch when fulfilling their needs:
- Telephone
Follow Up - After every transportation function, Mr.
Nadason himself will phone the client to inquire if everything
was to the client's satisfaction.
- Personal
Touch - During special times of the year, we send holiday
cards to our clients and to various individuals within the
hotel and corporate structure.
- Appreciation
Dinners - Once a year, Mr. Nadason holds a large appreciation
dinner for his employees. He also takes advantage of this
opportunity to invite a number of his corporate and hotel
client base to these functions to further foster goodwill.
- Naddy Cares
- We maintain staffing levels to service our clients. However,
when the demand is high, Mr. Paul Nadason, Mr. Roger Nadason,
and Mr. Tony Marroquin themselves fill in for any required
service. In essence, the Management Team of Naddy Enterprise
